A: Kingswood Kitchens headquarters and Factory is located in Danbury, Connecticut and has been operational since 1967.
Q: What brand are our cabinets?
A: Kingswood sells and manufactures only Kingswood Kitchens cabinetry products.

Q: How long is Kingswood Kitchens warranty?
A: Kingswood Kitchens current warranty is limited 5-year warranty. Kingswood warrants its cabinetry to be free of defects in craftsmanship or materials for a period of 5 years. Kingswood will determine what corrective action will be taken to either repair or replace.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or the aging of the woods and its finishing. The warranty also does not cover damage or defects caused by misuse, negligence, alteration improper installation, storage, or handling.

Q: Do you offer special pricing for contractors?
A: Yes, Kingswood Kitchens does offer contractors pricing/discount.
Q: What do I need to provide to receive a design?
A: Rough floor plans with dimensions (walls, doors, windows).
Also we recommend you have an idea of appliance you would like to be added to the space.
Design & Planning
Q: Does Kingswood Kitchens offer installation?
A: Yes, We do offer local installation of your Kingswood product.
Q: Do you offer design assistance?
A: Yes, At Kingswood Kitchens you will be working with one of our talented designers.
Q: What if I already have a design plan?
A: We can do an estimate off of your current plan. Or we will create a new design with you.
Q: Will you come to my house to measure?
A: Yes
Q: Do you build bathroom cabinets and vanities?
A: Yes

Product & Construction
Q: What materials do you use to construct your cabinets?
A: Our custom cabinets are constructed of your choice of Maple Oak cherry
Hardwoods. Specialty woods can be used depending on availability. All of Kingswood's custom cabinets are all wood cabinets. All doors and face frames are 5/4” inch, Forest Stewardship Certified hardwood. Along with Furniture grade formaldehyde free plywoods. Select Flat Panel doors are available with MDF panels.
Q: How are Kingswood Cabinets constructed?
A: Our cabinets are fully completed pieces of furniture. Bases are counter top ready.
Q: How durable is the finish on the cabinets?
A: Our custom cabinets are finished with a multi-layer catalyzed lacquer process which protects the wood. They can be wiped with a damp cloth as needed.

Q: Does Kingswood Kitchens sell countertops?
A: No we do not sell countertops but can recommend suppliers in our area. We recommend you have your countertops constructed locally. Our cabinets look best with single slab countertops.
Ordering & Delivery
Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: We ask for 50% deposit with the balance being paid on delivery.
Q: How will I know when my cabinets will arrive?
A: One of the Kingswood Kitchens team members will set up a delivery date that works best for you.
Q: What if I have a question regarding my order?
A: Please feel free to give us a call at any point in time. If its design specific, you would most likely have to contact your designer.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or is missing a piece?
A: Any damaged or missing piece should be noted at delivery to the driver. It will then be handled by kingswood.
